Google Maps
A pretty handy application. This stays in my mobile forever unless Nokia’s Maps have something better. And i wonder what will they come up with. Google Maps has come up with new features like Latitude and Walking directions and many more..
Latitude helps you to share your locations with your friends and family. Search for restaurants and it will show you the nearby restaurants with business listings with the help of my location feature.

As you can see, Public Transport and Walking are the new features added other than Driving. Just choose your end point as My Location feature will automatically detect your current location and you can see your journey.
For Driving directions, just select your destination and it will calculate the distance & time to reach your destination. It suggests you the direction at each turn.
When you reach your destination, just click reverse directions and you are good to go back. As simple as it can be.
James Cameron wrote this story 14 years ago, didn’t went through the project because of the technology issues. “Project 880″ was called then instead of Avatar. Finally, it is coming out in December. Most of the project is done in CGI. Sets a new benchmark in 3D film animation, according to me. Theatrical trailer looks pretty awesome, can’t wait to see that!

Added camera to track the facial expressions more clearly and making it more realistic. It captures the co-ordinates of the actor’s face to track the pores, wrinkles, smile.

It allows the director to digitally re-work on facial front. Dialogue can be added or changed into a finished scene.
Fusion 3-D Camera System
Developed by James Cameron and Vince Pace. It has two Sony HDCF950 HD cameras and multiple stereoscopic cameras to capture the two image simultaneously with perfect alignment.
Performance Capture Workflow
It records the movements of actors per second. The data generated is then mapped to a 3D model thereby the model performs the same actions as actor creating a computer generated character in real time, a real human action.
Simulcam
This kind of technology is mostly used in sports, Finishing line! You can see that every competitor has its own angle, zooming etc. It blends all the captured images into one image or video. It’s like analysis, it calculates the camera angle which allows the monitoring of actors or virtual character in a live action environment.

How it works?
It sends a DM (Direct Message) to your new follower and asks to validate by a CAPTCHA test.
It’s good for people who get an average of 20-25 followers daily. But what do you do when you have 100+ followers? I wonder if people will validate every 100 followers each day.
I have came across only this tool who is working towards stopping some spam on twitter.
